Known among founders as something of a "founder whisperer", Sara has a knack for seeing past the noise to what's really needed, and who's needed to deliver it. She has co-founded, scaled, and exited ventures, and now works as the right hand to visionary founders, building teams and operating systems that free leaders up to work on the business, not in it.
