Every interim placement has the support of the broader Wayforward team behind them, which means strategic challenges get solved by drawing on a wider pool of expertise as a matter of routine, not as an exception.

 That support takes two regular forms. 


  • Strategy sessions bring in Wayforward's in-house strategists, communications specialists and other experts to look at the organisation's challenges with fresh eyes, and trustees and founders are welcome to join these as they wish. 


  • Case reviews bring all of Wayforward's interims together to share what they're learning, compare notes on similar problems, and work through anything particularly knotty as a team rather than alone.


It means the charity gets broader expertise, deeper management capacity, and strategic support that goes well beyond the interim role itself, at a price point that makes sense.
