That support takes two regular forms.

Strategy sessions bring in Wayforward's in-house strategists, communications specialists and other experts to look at the organisation's challenges with fresh eyes, and trustees and founders are welcome to join these as they wish.

Case reviews bring all of Wayforward's interims together to share what they're learning, compare notes on similar problems, and work through anything particularly knotty as a team rather than alone.

It means the charity gets broader expertise, deeper management capacity, and strategic support that goes well beyond the interim role itself, at a price point that makes sense.
