Formed in 2020, we strive to make Blue Chip strategic and creative experience accessible to a broader range of charities, and other social impact organisations.
At Wayfoward, we're passionate about helping you achieve your social-purpose goals.
From gathering valuable insights from your communities, to staging impactful events, to a new visual identity that re-energises your mission and team, to helping you work through the bumps in the road… Wayforward can help.
Organisational development, planning and innovation to meet your strategic needs.
New or refreshed creative identities, websites and brand guidelines that beautifully convey your mission.
Views and data from your stakeholders turned into powerful, visual and valuable insight.
Individual activities or entire programmes, designed and delivered to reach and mobilise your audiences.
Online or in person, small or large, we help you deliver impactful events to meet your objectives.
We facilitate workshops of all shapes and sizes. Not sure what to do next? Ask us about a workshop.
Our team has many decades' of experience across commercial and not-for-profit sectors. But it is the latter which is our motivation; we are driven by a passion to deliver high quality work for social purpose organisations and causes.
We offer a consultancy service alongside agency capabilities, so that we work with you to develop ambitious but attainable strategies, then support their implementation by applying our extensive experience and bringing in the right specialist providers at the right times.
Working with your in-house teams, we can ensure we are optimising the application of your existing skills, capacity and resources. This means our clients pay only for what they need.
If your project requires it, we bring in specialist providers who share our ethos. All these skills, passion and capacity are coordinated through a single point of contact and a single supplier, Wayforward.
To date the majority of our work has been repeat or referral business. We’re extremely proud to have built long-lasting, trusted relationships with our clients. We're also delighted to be part of a connected community of organisations working in Sussex, where we are also based.
Paul Brewer, Director, Adur & Worthing Councils

We nurture and build long-term relationships with our clients based on quality and trust
Most of our work is based on repeat and referral business, including supporting three clients on an ongoing basis since 2021.
We have extensive experience working with charity teams and Trustee boards
Our directors have worked with over 100 charities, local authorities and government bodies. This includes as chair of trustees at a small national charity, and extensive experience working with Trustee Boards at national charities such as NSPCC and RNIB, and regional organisations such as the University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust.
We help make complex information simple
The not-for-profit sector can be very technical. We strive to make complex, data-heavy information accessible, engaging and even beautiful for your non-expert audiences.
